Each of our Casio G-SHOCK and Baby-G timepieces were imported directly from Japan Authorized Casio Dealers. Buying directly from large and established companies in Japan is the best way to ensure that any product isn’t fraudulent. JP Collect is a Japanese owned small business and we import all of our products from Japan only.

All of our Watches are shipped to us from Japan. Each timepiece we offer is already in stock and ready to ship from our Southern California location.

For US Domestic Orders, expect shipment within 1-2 business days of your order and delivery within 2-5 business days of shipment.

*International orders outside of USA will also be shipped within 1-2 business days, but will take longer to be delivered. All International orders are charged a $20 Flat shipping fee.

Returns and Refunds for all watch items (Casio G-Shock and Baby-G) will NOT be accepted at this time because of fraud, limited stock, and other issues.
